DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) is mulling a sale of EdgePoint Infrastructure, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) is consulting with financial advisers and may expect a valuation of as much as $4 billion for the telecommunications tower company, the report said.

The company has drawn interest from infrastructure-focused funds, Bloomberg reported.

DigitalBridge ( DBRG/PJ ) declined to comment in response to a request by MT Newswires.
