Eni (E) plans to raise 4 billion euros ($4.3 billion) from selling assets in its global upstream business, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company could raise up to 1 billion euros from the sale of upstream assets in Alaska to Hilcorp, and generate a similar amount from the sale of a 30% stake in Ivory Coast operations, according to the report.

Divestments could include some operations in Indonesia and Cyprus, the report added, citing the people.

Eni declined to comment on the report when contacted by MT Newswires.
