Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google ( GOOG )-backed Glance InMobi, an Indian mobile content provider, is in advanced discussions to raise as much as $250 million within a few weeks in a financing round led by Google ( GOOG ), Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

The plans have not been finalized yet and talks may end, the report said, citing the sources.

A Glance InMobi spokesperson told MT Newswires that the company does not "comment on market rumours and speculations," while Google ( GOOG ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
