JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) and Nomura (NMR) are among the banks leading a package to provide a 500 million euros ($588 million) loan for Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan's planned acquisition of Donte Group, Bloomberg News reported.

UBS Group ( UBS ) and BNP Paribas are also part of the lending group, the report said.

The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan said in July that it has signed an agreement to acquire Donte Group in a 1 billion euro deal.

UBS declined to comment, while JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ), Nomura, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, BNP Paribas, and Donte Group did not respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
