Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) is mulling options for its international tissue business as part of a strategy to focus on more profitable areas, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company is working with advisers to review its non-North American tissue segment, which may lead to a sale of part or all of the operation, valuing the business at about $4 billion, the report said

Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) declined to comment to MT Newswires.
