KKR (KKR) is in advanced talks to acquire The Parking Spot in a transaction valued at about $1.4 billion, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

A deal may be announced in coming weeks, but discussions could still fall through, the report said.

Bloomberg said a KKR spokesperson declined to comment, while a representative for The Parking Spot owner Green Courte Partners did not respond to requests for comment.
