Microsoft ( MSFT ) shareholders have submitted a resolution asking the board to file a public report on how the company prevents its products from being used in ways that violate international humanitarian law, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing the resolution.

The resolution has been brought by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary, and has about 60 cosigners who collectively hold about $80 million in Microsoft ( MSFT ) shares, Bloomberg added.
