Netflix ( NFLX ) is nearing a deal to acquire the exclusive rights to stream two National Football League games on Christmas Day, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The company will pay less than $150 million per game, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

Netflix ( NFLX ) executives are attracted to the idea of an event on Christmas Day event that would bring millions of viewers to the streaming service all at once, the report said.

Bloomberg said Netflix ( NFLX ) and the NFL declined to comment.
