Nvidia ( NVDA ) agreed to buy Shoreline.io in a deal that values the software startup at $100 million, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Shoreline was founded in 2019 by Anurag Gupta, a former Amazon Web Services executive, the report said.

A representative for Nvidia ( NVDA ) declined Bloomberg's request for comment. A spokesperson for Shoreline didn't respond to the news agency's request for comment.

A Nvidia ( NVDA ) representative also declined MT Newswires' request for comment, while Shoreline didn't immediately reply to a request for comment.
