Pfizer ( PFE ) has agreed to settle more than 10,000 cases accusing it of hiding the cancer risks associated with its Zantac heartburn drug, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The agreements cover cases in state courts across the country but do not entirely resolve Pfizer's ( PFE ) exposure to Zantac claims, the report added, citing the sources.
