Update: Market Chatter: Tesla's Human Resources Executive Leaves
May 1, 2024 10:51 AM

01:22 PM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates with details throughout)

Tesla (TSLA) North America's executive of human resources, Allie Arebalo, is no longer with the company, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

It is not clear whether Arebalo was let go as part of broader job cuts or if she resigned, according to the report.

Tesla, which has been slashing jobs across the company, is reportedly looking to cut about 20% of its workforce.

Arebalo's departure adds to the list of senior leaders who are reportedly no longer with the company.

The human resources executive had been with the company for about six years and was elevated to her most recent position in February 2023, the report said.

Tesla did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
