Triumph Group ( TGI ) is exploring options that may include a sale of the company, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the situation.

The aircraft parts maker is working with a financial adviser to seek takeover interest from buyers and private equity firms. However, the process is still in the early stage and the company could decide not to proceed with its plan, the people reportedly said.

Triumph declined to comment when contacted by MT Newswires.
