Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) 's earnings report will likely be delayed after the US Securities and Exchange Commission moved to permanently ban the company's auditor, BF Borgers, on Friday, Bloomberg reported Friday.

The accounting firm will not be able to practice and appear before the SEC because of frequent issues and "nonexistent" amount of work, according to the report.

The regulator asked companies impacted by BF Borgers' ban to file for a limited extension to submit audited financial report, which is due in 45 days from the end of quarter, the report added.

Trump Media ( DJT ), BF Borgers and the SEC did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
