Meta Platforms ( META ) on Friday said it will pause access to its AI characters in comings weeks for teens globally across all its apps.

The move comes after a case was filled in against Meta in New Mexico, accusing it of not making an effort to protect teens from sexual exploitation on its apps, TechCrunch reported.
