Flynn Group has bought 83 Wendy's (WEN) restaurants in New Jersey and Pennsylvania from an unnamed seller, bringing the total number of its Wendy's franchises in the US to 277, Flynn said Thursday.

Financial terms of the deal weren't provided.

Flynn now operates Wendy's stores in six states and Washington, DC, it said.
