Update: Musk Reportedly Sues OpenAI, Apple Over Alleged iPhone 'Arrangement'

Tesla (TSLA) Chief Executive Elon Musk sued Apple ( AAPL ) and Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) OpenAI on Monday in federal court in Texas for allegedly illegally conspiring to curb artificial intelligence competition, according to media reports.

"This latest filing is consistent with Mr. Musk's ongoing pattern of harassment," an OpenAI spokesperson told MT Newswires.

Apple ( AAPL ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
