Update: Nike Shares Rise After Launch of New NikeSKIMS Activewear Line With Kim Kardashian

Nike ( NKE ) shares were up more than 5% in recent trading Tuesday after the athletic wear company said it was partnering with Kim Kardashian's Skims clothing line to launch a new brand targeting women, NikeSKIMS.

The new brand is expected to focus on women's apparel, footwear, and accessories for the global fitness and activewear industry, with an initial line debuting online and at selected retail locations this Spring and expanding for a global rollout in 2026, the companies said.

Financial terms and other details of the new partnership were not disclosed.
