Update: Niobay Secures Greenlight for Surface Drilling on Foothills Project in Quebec

12:10 PM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Niobay Metals ( NBYCF ) said Friday it received authorizations to carry out surface drilling on the Foothills property in Quebec.

The company said it filed an application for authorization for impact projects with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests, with the aim of carrying out a drilling campaign as soon as the work is approved.

NioBay plans to start work at the end of October after the moose-hunting season.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.07 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
