Oracle (ORCL) reported late Wednesday fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income of $1.70 per diluted share, up from $1.63 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.64.
Revenue in the three months ended May 31 rose to $15.9 billion from $14.3 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $15.6 billion.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.50 a share, payable July 24 to holders of record July 10.
For fiscal 2026, Oracle now expects revenue to be at least $67 billion, Chief Executive Safra Catz said on a post-earnings call, according to a FactSet transcript. In March, the company projected revenue at $66 billion.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $65.88 billion.
Oracle shares were up 7.4% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
