Update: Oxford Industries Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Drop; Full-Year Outlook Revised -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

Oxford Industries ( OXM ) reported Wednesday fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings of $1.82 per diluted share, down from $2.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.82.

Net sales for the quarter ended May 3 were $392.9 million, down from $398.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $384.8 million.

The company now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS between $2.80 and $3.20 and net sales between $1.475 billion and $1.515 billion. The previous guidance was of adjusted EPS between $4.60 and $5 and net sales between $1.49 billion and $1.53 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.35 and $1.49 billion, respectively.

The company expects Q2 adjusted EPS between $1.05 and $1.25 and net sales between $395 million and $415 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.20 and $409.4 million, respectively.

Oxford Industries ( OXM ) shares were down nearly 13% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
