Pegasystems ( PEGA ) shares were up nearly 14% in recent Wednesday trading after the company overnight reported stronger-than-expected Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.

The company reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.30 per diluted share, up from $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.
