PepsiCo ( PEP ) France confirmed to MT Newswires that it reached an agreement for the return of its products to Carrefour stores in the country.

"We are pleased to have reached an agreement and are delighted that our products are returning to Carrefour's shelves for people to enjoy once again," PepsiCo France said in a Thursday email, without disclosing further details.

The confirmation followed The Wall Street Journal's Wednesday report that PepsiCo's ( PEP ) Pepsi and Cheetos products are available again at Carrefour stores in France as the companies have resolved pricing issues. Carrefour stopped carrying certain PepsiCo ( PEP ) snack products in January due to price increases but the companies have now reached a deal for the products to return to Carrefour stores in France, the report said.

The source told the paper that the companies are still negotiating over the return of PepsiCo ( PEP ) products to Carrefour stores in four other countries.
