Pony AI (PONY) has teamed up with Estonian ride-hailing firm Bolt to deliver driverless taxi services in Europe, the companies said Tuesday.

The collaboration leverages Pony AI's "Level 4" autonomous driving technology for use in Bolt's ecosystem, the companies said.

The parties shall first conduct testing and validation of the safety of the driverless service before its deployment in European markets, Reuters reported Monday.

Deployments are expected to start in 2026, Bolt Chief Executive Markus Villig told Reuters.

Pony AI shares were up 6.3% in recent premarket activity.
