Update: Quanterix Names Everett Cunningham President and CEO

05:50 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quanterix ( QTRX ) said late Thursday its board has appointed Everett Cunningham as the next president, chief executive officer, and member of the board, starting Jan. 19, 2026.

Cunningham will succeed Masoud Toloue, who will remain the CEO until Cunningham assumes office on Jan. 19. After that, Toloue will remain available in an advisory role to support a seamless leadership transition.

Cunningham has served as the chief commercial officer at Illumina since June 2024, where he oversaw the company's global commercial strategy and execution. Before that, he was the chief commercial officer at Exact Sciences. He also held senior leadership positions at Quest Diagnostics, GE Healthcare, and Pfizer.

The company expects to outperform its revenue and cash guidance for full year 2025.
