RBB Bancorp ( RBB ) said Thursday the Los Angeles wildfire did not affect its facilities and caused no significant harm to its loan portfolio.

Six commercial and six residential properties near evacuation areas are insured, with a loan balance of $12.5 million and $3.4 million, respectively, RBB added.

RBB Bancorp ( RBB ) maintained a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share, payable Feb. 12 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 31.
