Update: Rezolve Ai Reaffirms Recurring Sales Outlook Over $200 Million; Shares Extend Gains Premarket
Mar 10, 2026 10:40 PM

04:51 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates with the stock move in the headline and the third paragraph.)

Rezolve Ai ( RZLV ) said Tuesday it expects December revenue to exceed $17 million and reaffirmed its full-year 2026 recurring revenue outlook of $500 million or more.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expects $264 million.

The company's estimates are based on preliminary results, the company said. Shares of the company were up over 9% in Wednesday's premarket activity, following a 28% surge during Tuesday's regular trading session.

Rezolve expects a GAAP net loss for the period due to non-cash items and one-time costs, while anticipating positive adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, it said.

It also expects further progress toward sustained profitability as it scales and recurring revenue makes up a larger share of its business, it added.
