ServiceNow ( NOW ) reported Q2 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Wednesday of $3.13 per share, up from $2.37 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.84.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.63 billion, up from $2.15 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.61 billion.
Meanwhile, ServiceNow ( NOW ) said CJ Desai had resigned as the company's president and chief operating officer, effective immediately.
The company also said that it had appointed Chris Bedi as its interim chief product officer. Bedi has served at ServiceNow ( NOW ) for nearly a decade in roles including chief digital information officer and chief customer officer.
Shares of the company rose 5.3% in recent after-hours activity.
