11:44 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SKRR Exploration ( SKKRF ) on Tuesday said it will launch a drilling program of about five exploration holes next month, along with and ground gravity and Time Domain electromagnetic geophysical surveys at the Clearwater West uranium project in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan.
SKRR has an option to acquire up to a 70% interest in Clearwater West from F3 Uranium ( FUUFF ) .
The work program is scheduled to start in July and the company has exploration permits from the province's Ministry of Environment in hand.
The Clearwater West project is an early-stage exploration project composed of three contiguous mineral claims totaling about 11,786 hectares. Drilling this summer will consist of follow-up drilling of holes drilled in 2015 and first pass drilling targeting anomalies identified in geophysical surveys on the east side of the property.
SKRR shares were last seen up $0.01 to $0.085 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
