Spirit AeroSystems ( SPR ) said Monday it suspended quarterly earnings conference calls following the recent merger agreement with Boeing ( BA ) .

The company plans to release Q2 earnings results after the market closes Aug. 5.

Boeing ( BA ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Spirit AeroSystems ( SPR ) shares fell 0.5% in recent Monday trading, and Boeing ( BA ) dropped 0.9%.
