Update: Sprott Physical Uranium Trust Signs US$200 Million Bought Deal Financing

11:34 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates offering size to US$200 million.)

Sprott Inc. ( SII ) , on behalf of the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust (U-UN.TO), on Monday said it will raise US$200 million in a bought-deal financing, upsizing the offering from its original US$100-million target.

Sprott entered an agreement with Canaccord Genuity, under which Canaccord as the underwriter agreed to purchase 11.6-million units of the trust at US$17.25 per unit.

Proceeds from the offering will be used by the trust to acquire uranium oxide in concentrates and uranium hexafluoride and related fees and expenses.

The offering is scheduled to close on June 20.

Sprott Physical Uranium Trust units were last seen up $0.77 to $23.83 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
