11:39 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stallion Uranium ( STLNF ) on Wednesday reported positive results of its airborne gravity survey over its Southwestern Athabasca Basin joint venture project with Atha Energy ( SASKF ) in northern Saskatchewan.
Stallion said the survey results revealed "promising gravity anomalies" that are linked to possible uranium alteration, while prospective rock types highlight more prospective target areas.
"We are highly encouraged by the gravity survey results from our Southwestern Athabasca Basin joint venture project," said Darren Slugoski, Stallion's vice president for exploration. "The central gravity anomaly has a strong correlation with the uranium bearing Patterson Lake Trend which adds to the prospectivity of targets of the stronger Northern and Southern gravity anomalies."
Stallion's shares were last seen up $0.01 to $0.075 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
