Update: Terex Shares Fall After Q3 Revenue Miss

Terex ( TEX ) shares were down roughly 17% in recent Thursday trading after Q3 revenue missed analysts' estimates.

The company earlier posted Q3 adjusted earnings of $1.50 per diluted share, up from $1.46 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.20.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $1.39 billion, up from $1.21 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.41 billion.

The company maintained its 2025 adjusted EPS guidance of $4.70 to $5.10 on net sales of $5.3 billion to $5.5 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $4.83 and $5.45 billion, respectively.
