Thomson Reuters ( TMSOF ) shares were down 7.4% in recent trading on Thursday after reporting Q4 revenue that fell short of analysts' estimates.
The company reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.07 per diluted share, up from $1.01 a year earlier.
That result matched the average estimate of analysts polled by FactSet.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.01 billion, up from $1.91 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.02 billion.
The news and financial information company said it expects 2026 organic revenue growth of 7.5% to 8.0%.
Thomson Reuters ( TMSOF ) said it increased its quarterly dividend to $0.655 per share, payable on March 10 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 17.
