ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) said overnight Tuesday it sold a 1.6% stake in Quebec Innovative Materials ( QIMCF ) .

ThreeD sold the stake of 1.85-millin shares at $0.081 apiece for about $150,000. Following the transaction, the stake in Quebec Innovative Materials ( QIMCF ) held by ThreeD and a joint actor fell to 8.4% from 10% on a partially diluted basis.

ThreeD share were last seen down $0.025 to $0.18 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
