12:31 PM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) said over the weekend that it is raising about $1.5 million in a private placement of share units.

The venture-capital firm said it is offering nearly 5.6-million units priced at $0.27 each in the financing.

Each unit consists of one share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for $0.40.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.035 to $0.33 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
