Update: Tribe Property Technologies Declines 4% as Rebrands Recently Acquired Subsidiary

12:01 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Tribe Property Technologies ( TRPTF ) ,said Thursday it rebranded and unified all of the various service divisions of its recently acquired subsidiary DMSI Holdings under the name DMS.

Tribe said it has also started expanding DMS' service offerings to Tribe's current customer base of Strata and Condo corporations, investor-owners and property developers.

Following the DMS acquisition, Tribe said it is now the second largest multi-family rental management company in Canada, encompassing over 19,000 units and 22 million square feet, in addition to more than 40,000 strata and condo units managed nationally.

"This rebranding marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy, allowing us to provide a unified service offering across Canada while continuing to build upon our position as a leader in property management," chief executive Joseph Nakhla said.

In addition to the rebranding, DMS is also expanding its project management service offering to all property management clients under the Tribe umbrella, including rental and condo projects.

Tribe's shares were last seen down $0.02 to $0.44 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
