Trump Media & Technology Group ( DJT ) unveiled a prospectus late Monday relating to the resale of almost 38 million shares.

The company's shares pared their decline in premarket activity Tuesday to 8.5% compared with a slump of almost 10% in after-hours activity on Monday.

The resale includes the disposal by YA II PN, a Cayman Islands-exempt limited partnership, of more than 37.6 million shares, the company said.
