Update: Vicor Shares Jump After Q3 Results Top Estimates

Vicor ( VICR ) shares jumped 26% in recent Wednesday trading, a day after the company reported Q3 results that topped estimates by analysts.

Earnings in the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose to $0.63 per diluted share from $0.26 a year earlier, the company said Tuesday.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.17.

Revenue climbed to $110.4 million from $93.2 million a year earlier.

Three analysts expected $95.4 million.
