01:59 PM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vox Royalty Corp. ( VOXR ) , a returns-focused mining royalty company, overnight Thursday reported a fourth-quarter net loss of US$417,962, or US$0.01 per share, as compared with net income of US$52,062, or US$0.00 per share, a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, was US$3 million, up from US$2.1 million a year earlier.
The company's board has raised its quarterly dividend and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.012 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 12 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 29.
This is a 9.1% increase from the previous $0.011 per common share quarterly dividend.
For 2024, Vox is expecting royalty revenue of $11 million to $13 million.
The company's shares rose 1.1% on last look on Friday.
