Update: Waste Connections Q3 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Increase; Maintains 2025 Guidance, Increases Quarterly Dividend

Waste Connections ( WCN ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.44 per diluted share, up from $1.35 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.37.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $2.46 billion from $2.34 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.43 billion.

For 2025, the company maintains revenue guidance of $9.45 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $9.35 billion.

The company increases quarterly dividend to $0.35 from $0.315 per share, payable Nov. 20 to shareholders of record on Nov. 5.
