08:32 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Upexi ( UPXI ) said Thursday it has closed a $150 million private placement of convertible notes.

The notes were issued to certain institutional investors and qualified purchasers in exchange for locked and spot Solana tokens.

Combined with a previously disclosed $50 million private placement of common stock, Upexi ( UPXI ) said it has raised about $200 million in gross proceeds from the transactions.

Shares of the company rose more than 9% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
