08:31 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Upexi ( UPXI ) said Thursday it has agreed to invest in Alpha Exchange, a cryptocurrency trading platform expected to launch in Q4.

Under the agreement, Upexi ( UPXI ) will make an initial investment of $750,000 for a 14.9% royalty of all future gross revenue generated by the cryptocurrency trading platform, the company said.

The royalty could increase to 19.9% through two additional $250,000 investments tied to platform launch and user growth milestones, Upexi ( UPXI ) added.

Shares of Upexi ( UPXI ) were up 4.4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
