upGrad looks to expand in APAC market; here’s what the management has to say

upGrad, a platform that offers online higher education programs for working professionals, is now looking to expand to the APAC market. With countries looking to pivot towards new digital and industry 4.0 skills in response to rising unemployment, upGrad believes this is a big opportunity for the venture and is set out to build localised online courses for these regions.

To talk about the recent foray and the blueprint for 2021, CNBC-TV18 spoke to Mayank Kumar, Co-Founder and MD of upGrad and the newly appointed CEO - Asia-Pacific, Zubin Gandevia.
