05:34 PM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Upland Software ( UPLD ) said late Tuesday it appointed Jennifer Simon as chief financial officer, starting Aug. 17.

She joins the company from NextGen Healthcare, where she served as senior vice president of finance, according to a statement.

Mike Hill, a member of Upland's founding team, is retiring as CFO, the company said.
