03:12 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Upstart Holdings ( UPST ) reported late Tuesday it swung to Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.52 per diluted share from a loss of $0.06 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected an adjusted profit of $0.42 per share.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $277.1 million, up from $162.1 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $279.6 million.
The company issued Q4 revenue guidance of $288 million and now expects full-year 2025 revenue of $1.035 billion, compared with its previous guidance of $1.055 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting Q4 revenue of $294.9 million and full-year revenue of $1.05 billion.
Shares were down 14% in premarket activity Wednesday.
