Upstream Bio Closes $293 Million IPO

04:42 PM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Upstream Bio ( UPB ) said Tuesday the company has closed its $293 million initial public offering.

The company said it sold 17.25 million shares in the IPO at $17 per share, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option.

Shares of the company were down about 2% in after-hours activity.

Price: 22.55, Change: -0.45, Percent Change: -1.96
