Uranium Energy Boosts Stake in Anfield Energy

05:05 PM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uranium Energy ( UEC ) increased its stake in Anfield Energy by acquiring 170 million common shares for 19.6 million Canadian dollars ($14.3 million) in a private placement.

The per-share price was CA$0.115, Uranium Energy ( UEC ) said Friday in a statement.

The company now owns 373.4 million Anfield shares, representing a stake of 37.6% on a partially diluted basis after, assuming the exercise of 96.3 million Anfield warrants at CA$0.18 each.

Uranium Energy ( UEC ) acquired the shares for investment purposes.
