10:20 AM EDT, 10/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uranium Energy ( UEC ) said Friday it priced a public offering of 15.5 million shares at $13.15 each.

The underwriter has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,325,000 shares, the company said.

The offering is expected to close Monday.

The uranium supplier said it plans to use net proceeds to accelerate the development of a uranium refining and conversion facility in the US through its Uranium Refining & Conversion subsidiary, along with general corporate and working capital purposes.

Shares of Uranium Energy ( UEC ) were down 4.1% in recent trading.
