04:53 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Uranium Royalty ( UROY ) was last seen up 5.5% in after-hours Nasdaq trading after the company on Wednesday it renewed its at-the-market (ATM) equity program, allowing it sell up to US$54 million in shares.
The program allows the company, which says it is the world's only uranium-focused royalty and streaming company, to raise funds by selling shares at its discretion at prevailing market prices.
Uranium Royalty ( UROY ) intends to use the proceeds to finance the acquisition of additional royalties, streams, physical uranium and similar interests, and for working capital purposes.
The company's shares were last seen up US$0.14 to US$2.70 after hours. They closed down $0.13 to $3.54 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
