Urban Edge Properties Q2 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise; 2024 Adjusted FFO Guidance Revised

10:24 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Urban Edge Properties ( UE ) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations Wednesday of $0.32 per diluted share, up from $0.30 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.24.

Revenue in the quarter ended June 30 rose to $106.5 million from $99.1 million a year earlier.

A single analyst in a Capital IQ survey expected $107.6 million.

The company expects 2024 adjusted FFO of $1.29 to $1.32 per diluted share, compared with $1.27 to $1.32 forecast previously. Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.96.
